The Latin American Focus Group (LAFG) is a platform for interdisciplinary reflection on Latin America at the Florence School of Transnational Governance of the European University Institute. Through meetings, events, and its peer-reviewed blog, the LAFG promotes dialogue on a variety of topics related to the past, present, and future of the region. It strives to be a pluralistic and creative space that allows for stronger understanding of Latin American and Caribbean history, politics, economics, and culture.
